Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Fourth time tasting this vintage of Tig this year. Enough already, right? While young, it is so delicious especially after a 2 hour decant. It is tough to resist now because it is so well made, but I know I will be rewarded if I will just be patient. Therefore, I will layoff of these for a while. Maybe drink the 2020 in the interim since it is more approachable now while my 2019s age?
