Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - Classic cru bourgeois; well defined nose, age showing on the rim, classic medium body and bouquet and finish. Drinking perfectly after opening - short decant best if serving multiple people. Great food wine - complemented a hearty beef stew. Cellared since purchase. Drink up with the appropriate meal.
