Friday, December 22, 2023 - Evoked memories of my grandmother's gooseberry pie, with notes of gooseberry jumping out of the glass and leading the way on the palate. Hints of key lime and sea salt weave in too. Weighty, yet the acidity cuts right through, keeping this lively and fresh. Delicious.
