Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Gave it 4 hours of air. Much too young even with air! Notes of citrus on the nose. The palate is dominated by salt and citrus. Difficult to enjoy at this stage, lacking balance due to this very salty/sour impression. Good structure but I will wait at least 5 years and hope...
