Friday, December 29, 2023 - Decanted for about 4 hours and had one glass per hour over the next three hours. Cork was in flawless shape and barely saturated, some mold on the outside but that is to be expected.

The nose was menthol, leather, marzipan and black fruit. This was never fruit forward but as we got more into it the menthol took over and it became earthier.

Mouth was Christmas spices (could be the season lots of cinnamon and nuts), bees wax, fruit and pound cake. The finish was similar but very long lasting. I know this can age longer but this is drinking very well.
