Sunday, December 31, 2023 - A very well matured Barsac, with the usual aromatic explosion in the mouth, of honey, exotic spices, pineapple, mango, nuts, gingerbread, dried figs and raisin, plums, and a welcome hint of eucalyptus in the long finish. Well balanced and, as expected, a good pairing with our Tarte tatin.
