Thursday, January 4, 2024 - Lighter and fresher than I was expecting, but by no means simplistic. This does have weight and complexity beneath the crisp citrus and orchard fruit with some youthful autolysis creeping in. For my palate I'd prefer a bit more age and richness, but these are a delicious aperitif in the meantime.
