Sunday, January 7, 2024 - This pours such a deep shade of red. It looks like Rosé de Sagniee champagne. Red cherries, limestone/chalk and nose. It just smells so stony, with a medium + intensity of aromas. The palate is driven by rose water, fresh red cherries, cranberries and lingonberries, adding tarragon and grapefruit flavors. This tastes fruitier than it smells, with the stone from the nose in the background. Intensity of flavors is medium +.

Medium body, medium acid, Medium - mousse. Delicious "every day" bubbles that thankfully has kept its agreeable QPR over the years.
