Friday, January 12, 2024 - Very nice nose of citrus, yellow apple and hint of mineral, the taste is very concentrated at Grand Cru level… The wine took really 30 min to increase tension and acidity, to become powerful and lasersharp…. Always a favourite in Burgundy white for me!!!
