Saturday, October 11, 1997 - Rich mineraly fruit taste. Flinty, perhaps too much so. Decent acidity. Good... but great? Maybe poor storage on this bottle (it seemed somewhat tired)? It looked like it was sitting on the shelf at Amity Wines & Spirits for some time. Perhaps these wines need age...
