Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Amazing nose that's difficult to describe in full. Ethereal roasting meat, ripe black currants, blackberry concentrate, creme de cassis, new vanilla-tinged French oak and mint. Medium-full bodied and SO round and luxurious in the mouth. This is truly excellent and perfectly mature. Same flavors as the aromas adding cedar and chocolate to this deliciousness! This is hard to resist, but I've got to save some for the pot roast! Drink now-2028+ 93
