NOSE: McIntosh apple; a bit vinous; hours later, pleasant notes of English muffin and parmesan crisps had emerged.

BODY: green-gold color; active bead; medium-light bodied.

TASTE: intense flavor and acidity --- acidity is high; apple, with a touch of spearmint on the backend; Ash likes it a lot, and so do I; might improve with short-term cellaring.
