Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - Lighter in body and color than what you think about Chardonnay. Drank tonight after a hard Tuesday of skiing with some Mu Shu pork my wife made. Perfect for the circumstances. I actually buy quite a bit of this wine for everyday drinking. You won’t be disappointed. Disclaimer - I visited the Jadot office in Beaune last summer. Great people that care about the product at all levels.
