Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - Probably TCA taint. Med brown color. Pronounced aromas of caramel, soy sauce, Napa cabbage, raisin, wet cardboard. Sweet, full body, med(+) acidity, high alcohol, long finish. Overall aromatics feel a bit muted. If I was rating, I’d still give 85-90.
