Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - Took over an hour to open up. On open it was closed and grapey. But eventually evolved to encompass cassis and blackberry, herbs and some baking spice. Still a bit grippy and could use some aging. But it’s a nice everyday sipper if you’re willing to decant for a while.
