Wednesday, November 15, 2023 - Rich, dense and palate staining but also well balanced and not over the top. There’s complex spice and layers here, making for an excellent Pommard village. Blinded on some friends, they started on Gevrey but then turned to Pommard after that, and then Lauren guessed 2020 Bouley, well done.
