Monday, April 24, 2023 - Nose of lemon, musk melon, Chinese Apple, allspice, honeycomb, slate, shale, and an Old English Rose bouquet, same on the palate, big body, halfway to being a White Burgundy, elegant, young, shows very well today, at peak, subtle, refined, and a long, flavorful finish and aftertaste.
