Sunday, April 9, 2023 - Sunday Dinner at Flemings with Kathy-her eyes sparkle when enjoying this Aubert. Nose of lemon, musk melon, Chinese Apple, allspice, honeycomb, slate, shale, and an Old English Rose bouquet, same on the palate, big body, halfway to being a White Burgundy, elegant, young, shows very well today, at peak, subtle, refined, and a long, flavorful finish and aftertaste.
