Sunday, January 28, 2024 - A wonderful wine, first day, open the bottle and waited one hour, wine in the glas, nice pinot with some edges, waited another two hours, no change.
second day, still half bottle left, now pinot near perfection, nice fruit, light acid, wonderful.
