Medium taste of raspberry, forest floor, licorice, eucalyptus, chocolate and dried herbs. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Rouge from a great pro diver. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with mushrooms, pork or veal.
