Tuesday, July 14, 2015 - Light straw yellow colour with hints of green on the edges. Aromatic on the nose with hints of gooseberries and minerals. Taste of gooseberries with hints of minerals. Great concentration with a fresh acidity and a long, dry finish. A typical Sancerre and well made. Goes well with sushi or shrimps.
