Thursday, January 4, 2024 - clear with a bit of alcohol. very aromatic nose of white orange blossoms, rose petals, green apple peel and tangerine zest. there's a bite of ginger on the entry that melds into herbal fennel-like spice notes; stonefruit and pear flavours emerge along a beeswaxy texture. long finish with a return of the ginger.

probably a bit too expressive in both nose and palate for mixology,, but enjoyable on its own due to the delightful aromatics and the combination of flavours. while generally smooth, there are some rough patches here and there until it's aerated for a handful of minutes.

40% AbV; blend of Moscatel de Alejandría and Moscatel Rosada from the Elqui and Limarí Valleys.; double-distilled on copper alembic stills from Cognac (unique in Chile).
