Friday, February 2, 2024 - Slow-O two hours, enjoyed over the following two hours. Begins with a cool earthiness, some black and even a few red fruit notes, at first, but by the second glass this becomes rather foursquare. It's tasty, no doubt, but it lacks any real sense of place. The acids/overall freshness here was of a more subdued nature, and thus not very interesting to my palate. Others saw the label and gulped it. I see no reason to wait. recommended
