Monday, January 1, 2024 - From memory. Pop n pour. Memory is from about 2h after opening. Nice brioche/yeasty aromas with ripe and tart apples and minerals. Palate w nice lemon and ripe apples, excellent minerals, herbs and a bit of brioche. Medium body. A little bit more steely than I last remember. Nice way to celebrate the New Year.
