Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Popped for New Year as dessert. Pretty much everything I’m looking for in a Sauternes minus the age and tertiary development. This is still mightily youthful. Good acid to go with all that sugar. Pineapple, canned yellow peaches, apricot, marmalade building up to a refreshing mouth watering finish.
