Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Upon the first opening, the nose and taste was outstanding; and the tannins were much alive. After an hour decant, the big dark fruits were prominent, laid back, and was not too sweet. It paired well with a med-rare cooked filet mignon with pan seared mushrooms! It has decades of aging power, and glad I have 5 more!
