Sunday, February 18, 2024 - Enjoyed at home with rack of lamb after 1.5 hr decant. Not the most complex Mouton I’ve tasted, but very balanced….tannins soft now. Would drink; I think will not get much better. A calm but beautiful Pauillac still. Recently drank the ‘96 which was more layered and holding up better.
