Monday, January 30, 2006 - Wonderful Alsacian riesling. Complex nose full of diesel, citrus, herbs, and quinine. It's dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives an impression of sweetness. Nice, bright acidity. Very balanced and long. Fantastic food wine. This is drinking very well now, but should keep for another 10 years.
