Friday, February 23, 2024 - Schiefer Reihburg-Vertikale 2024 mit Uwe Schiefer, Weinkosterei Burg Schlaining 23.2.2024, Austria (Weinkosterei, Schlaining Castle, Burgenland, Austria): Dark, purple/red color, no signs of ageing. The nose shows some barnyard, that stays there even with a lot of air. Some violetts and red fruits on the nose and on the mid-weight-palate. Nothing to complain here but lacking a bit of complexity compaired to other Reihburg's in this verticale! Will certainly improve with age! 91-92 pts. at the moment
