Sunday, March 3, 2024 - A full bodied pinot, Burgundian even. Mature but certainly not tertiary - could go another 5 years before declining I think. Beautiful with manchego cheese. My sole bottle alas. Depth plus concentration plus complex fruit equals high score and much drinking pleasure.
