Saturday, March 9, 2024 - Nose of Casablanca Pinot. Starts off with touch of reduction and savory notes on the nose but it expands to mostly floral and red fruit notes. The palate is delicate with strawberry, red berry fruit notes with plenty of zippy acidity. Above average intensity for a rose. I think this is only their second vintage of this new rose.
