Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Crazy. Really expressive nose with so much intensity. Lemon curd, white flowers, yellow apple, toast, and some tropical banana even. Very complex and interesting. Really nice density and good acidity to finish it all off. Really impressed! Did not expect it to live up to the hype here.
