Saturday, March 9, 2024 - Reductive on opening, blew off (mostly) with time. A touch muted aromatically, featuring austere citrus fruit. Palate is salty and citrusy, obviously very young and primary, but the structure is the star. Rippling, stabbing, toe-curling, enamel stripping, shiver-inducing super severe acidity. Lacks a degree of pixelation and detail, but the electricity of this wine is simply beyond belief. This is glorious!
