Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Layered, expressive, and ripe Napa Cabernet with dark blackberry fruit. Classic notes of mocha, dark chocolate, cassis along with hints of vanilla and spice on the finish. After a 60 minute decant, this becomes silky smooth with tannins that beautifully integrate into the fruit. Absolutely give this time in a decanter/glass before drinking.
