Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Eye: Pale straw.
Nose: Lightly toasty. Grapefruit pith. Green apple and lemon. Seashells.
Palate: Crisp green and red apple, grapefruit. Good acidity, light steely minerality. Some tropical and lees character.
Overall: This is a very compelling wine which paired beautifully with some smoked salmon.
