Friday, March 22, 2024 - PnP from a small bottle out of the fridge. Less intense than the last bottle, needed some minutes to open. On the palate notes from botrytis, dried apricot and honey, on the palate sweet, good freshness, creamy, dense and long.

Great achievement, drink now to enjoy the perfect balance this wine shows now or wait a decade for the first tertiary notes, that will add the complexity you are looking for when opening a bottle of Rieussec.
