Sunday, March 24, 2024 - I am drinking this cooled. Left in the fridge over night. Put in counter for a bit to warm up. Tastes more sour today, still drinkable but not as smooth as it was originally. Lot of texture on the tongue. Taste more minerality. Can still smell a bit of fruit but also smells a bit more like wine
