Sunday, March 24, 2024 - I’m not sure if this was meant to age but we’ve left it in bottle for 4 years since our visit to PEC. Holding up well. Subtle nose reminds me of orange pekoe tea. Mouth tingling acidity. Flavours of unsweetened iced tea, lemon and orange. Interesting wine
