Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Decanted for a few hours while I cooked a steak dinner (there was some sediment). Just spectacular, feels like a reference for what red wine should taste like. Balanced fruit and acidity, great structure. Paired well with the steak. Could probably hold, but man was it delicious.
