Friday, March 22, 2024 - Surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much for some reason, but I do like this aglianico. It is more floral than fruity, all blueish somehow. From violets to plums and blueberry. A variety typical tartaric acid note isn't absent, but it's not overdone. Quite soft, aromatic and friendly with a rustic note.
The unnecessarily heavy bottle I do not like and maybe that's why I wasn't really expecting quality here.
