Saturday, March 30, 2024 - The 2016 Steady State Cab displayed an earthy and leathery bouquet with a deep maroon color. Blackberry and plum notes on the tongue with gentle flirtations of white pepper and a sweet berry/smokey finish. Very smooth body with lovely structure. The character of this selection revealed more of its subtleties with decanting and glass time.
