Saturday, March 30, 2024 - greenish straw with light body. very fresh and subtle nose of citrics and white stone fruit with whiffs of honeysuckle. similarly fresh and subtle in mouth, a neutral grape feels opens up to refreshing green apple and white pear flavours. silky in texture, a citric lift and chalky base provide a good frame for the juice. moderate length.

13.5% AbV; whole-cluster pressed and fermented and aged on French oak barriques (10% new); the oak influence is more apparent in the texture than in the flavours.
