Thursday, March 28, 2024 - Very complex nose, banana leaf, ripe mirabelle plum, smoke, spice and some incense.
Ripe and complex on the palate, licorice, some spiciness, mirabelle plum, body of a white Burgundy but with different fruit, acidity and structure are very good. Still needs an incredible amount of air, plenty of potential.
