Thursday, April 4, 2024 - Rich, fleshy, powerful Chardonnay. Powerful, ripe aromatics with nutty, yeasty and zesty lemon / lime notes. The palate is full and deep with creamy texture and persistent acids. Alcohol will take some time to integrate. Flavours of cashew, creamy lemon meringue and bruised green apple. Exceptionally long finish with a creamy tartness. Drink through 2029.
