Saturday, April 6, 2024 - I bought this on auction after trying a bottle from the same lot from a member of our wine tasting group. It may even be direct from the vineyard, but it was well preserved with no seepage. I loved this wine with pot roast..resolved tannins, wonderful tertiary flavors with still some mild hints of blackberry. I would have definitely called this older bordeaux on a blind tasting. 2h slo-ox prior to drinking. Unfortunately, my last bottle of four, all of which were exceptional for the price.
