Saturday, April 6, 2024 - A little plastic/reduction lead the nose, followed by lemon juice, white peach, iodine, charred cedar, corn and vanilla. Definitely some oak here, with a medium intensity of aromas. The palate adds dough and fresh baked bread at the start, finishing with oak flavors. It's mostly consistent with the aromas other than the leesy flavors. Medium intensity of flavors.

Medium body with medium acid. Developing. Will improve after 2-3 more years in the bottle.
