Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Lime juice, cream, wet stone, fresh tarragon, roasted corn and brine on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. Very subtle oak influence here. The palate is more citrus and yeast driven, adding blood orange and fennel seed. Medium + intensity of flavors.

Medium + body with only medium acid. Would have been even better with a little more acid. Drinking very well now, however. You could age it another year or two; though you definitely don't have to.
