Friday, April 5, 2024 - Syrah at Cabotte (Cabotte): Earthier and much less sweet than either of the ‘4 or ‘07 Greals. It’s retained some really strong acidity and a lovely core of fruit; amazing for almost 30 years old. Pretty youthful - lots of life left! Really lovely and something of a surprise.
