Monday, April 8, 2024 - Nose: Cassis, chalky earth. Palate: tart raspberry, sour pomegranate, tangy, soft tannins coupled with high acidity. Was somewhat better on day two with the tanginess subsiding a bit; however, the structure is a bit off-balanced to me.
