Thursday, April 11, 2024 - Clean and clear linearity of flavor. Blueberries, spiced & roasted stone fruit, a little brambleberry, some tobacco, and dusty minerals. Elegant & delicious.
Day 2
It has held up very well. A bit of chocolate on the finish now.
